Based in the heart of Lofoten, Norway, I am a landscape photographer with many years of experience behind the camera. I live here with my partner and our young daughter, surrounded by the landscapes that continue to inspire my work.
My photography takes me throughout the islands, from familiar landscapes to places far beyond the usual routes. Rather than focusing solely on the classic photography locations, I am drawn to less explored areas and new perspectives, capturing scenes that are rarely photographed.
Whenever time and weather allow, I spend my free time in the mountains with my camera. The constantly changing light, weather and atmosphere are an endless source of inspiration and play an important role in shaping my images.
Photography is a true passion of mine and a way of experiencing the landscape around me. Outside photography, I work full-time as a physician in Moskenes Municipality. But whenever I am away from my day job, you will often find me somewhere in the mountains, chasing light and exploring the landscape.
